This bag is engineered to protect contents from electro-static shock and moisture. Its 6 mil construction prevent punctures, safeguards static-and moisture sensitive devices during transport and storage, and helps ensure that vacuum is maintained for up to 2 years
This bags is available in several standard sixes designed to contain matrix trays, tubes and shipping reels and custom sizes can be made to fit the need of nearly any project.
When used with desiccant and humidity indicator card, the bags provided superior for static-and moisture-sensitive devices.
6.1 mil thick static dissipative nylon, aluminum foil, and static dissipative polyethylene provide a very low mvtr.

Construction
Static shielding/moisture barrier bags are constructed in three layers. This cross section depicts the layer order from top to bottom. These layers consist of a static dissipative nylon outer layer and a static dissipative polyethylene inner layer and with a center layer of medical foil
Configurations
Static shielding/moisture barrier bags are available in custom sixes or in several industry standard sizes designed for reels, matrix trays and tubes. Bags are offered in a 2-seal configuration with a bottom fold or a 3-seal configuration, each with our standard hot-stamp or your company's hot stamped or printed logo
Shelf life and storage
We recommend that this bags be used within 3 years from the date of manufacturer. Store this products in its original packaging in a climate-controlled environment where temperature range from 20 centigrade+/_16 centigrade (68 degrees fahrenheit+/_29 degrees fahrenheit) and relative humidity is 50%+/_30%.
Caution
1. Pay attention to the bumps part of the packed products, protruding may lead to bag burst.
2. Don't use alcohol and chemical to clean bags, avoid destroy anti-static cover.
3. In order to avoid aluminum layer fracture, please don't bend.
4. Not touch sweat and oil.
5. Sampling, and observe 1-2 hours. Confirm again before packing in carton
6. Keep away from sharp objects when packing in a carton. Use humidity indicator card and desiccant to confirm your products in an acceptable packing environment.
